Based in the heart of central Asia Mashrabagro operates from their purpose built distribution centre offering a service second to none at very competitive prices. With over 30 years’ experience in the wholesale market industry our staff will use their experience and knowledge to help customers achieve their fresh produce collections or deliveries on a daily basis. Our fleet of over 100 vehicles are constantly on the move in busy period to deliver orders from mills to customers.

Pitting Of Grams
An Emery Roller Machine Is Used For Cracking The Husk Layer And For Scratching Of Clean Pulses Passing Through It. This Is Done For Loosening The Husk From Sticking To The Cotyledons In Order To Facilitate Subsequent Oil Penetration.
Pretreatment
A Screw Conveyor Allows Passing The Scratched Or Pitted Material Through It And Mixing Of Some Edible Oil Like Linseed Oil Is Complete. The Linseed Oil Is Use At The Rate Of 1.5 To 2.5 Kg/tones Of Pulses (Please Refer Our Guideline For Lintel).
De-Husking
For De Husking Of Conditioned Pulses Emery Stone Coated Emery Rollers Are Used. In One Pass About 50-75% Of Pulsess Are De Husked. De Husked Pulsess Are Split Into Two Parts. De Husked Split Pulsess Are Separated By Sieving.
Pre Milling
The Raw Pulses Are First Clean Of Dust, Chaff, Stones And Other Extraneous Materials. Sieves Grade Cleaned Pulsess Or Pulsess Graded And Soaked In Water In Cement's Tanks Having 6" Depth. Height Of Pulsess Soaked Is 5" And The Water Level.

With cold stores on site capable of storing from -0.5 to + 14 degrees and can be changed depending on the produce and length of time.
DISTRIBUTION
With our own modern fleet of temperature controlled vehicles, we can offer a six night a week service delivering to the UK wholesale markets, retailers, packers and processors throughout the UK.
QUALITY CONTROL
With a full report sent to you showing any anomalies our staff will help rectify any issues or offer the use of a local Packhouse depending on your requirements.
